Our 75 comfortable rooms are accessible to guests with disabilities, invite you to relax, and offer special views—from the south-facing balcony overlooking the Westerwald or directly into the zoo.

We’re happy to offer guests with physical disabilities accessible or disability-friendly rooms that meet the high standards required for certification by the “Travel for All” initiative. Give us a call—we’d be happy to provide personalized advice.

Would you like to bring your dog? Simply let us know when you book, and we’ll be happy to reserve one of our designated dog-friendly rooms. We appreciate your understanding—dogs are not permitted in the restaurant areas.

Yes, all of our rooms are accessible. We also offer rooms that are especially designed for guests with disabilities. Our hotel is certified by the “Reisen für Alle” initiative.

You can choose between single rooms (16–18 m²), double rooms (24–32 m²), deluxe double rooms (32 m², some with a whirlpool), and spacious suites measuring over 100 m².

All Comfort double rooms and our suites feature spacious balconies, as do all rooms facing south.

The following are always included: a breakfast buffet, free Wi-Fi, parking at the hotel, and access to the wellness area, which features a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation dome, and fitness room.

Dogs are welcome as standard in some of our double rooms. Please let us know when booking that your four-legged friend will be joining you.
