A special experience awaits you on the 5th floor of our hotel: Our panoramic revolving restaurant offers a unique 360° view of the Westerwald. Choose your favorite dish from the buffet and enjoy the ever-changing scenery over the course of about an hour as the restaurant completes a full rotation.

Steig-Rast
The Steig-Rast is a place to catch your breath: Located right on the Westerwald-Steig trail, it invites hikers and day-trippers to enjoy a relaxing break. Next door, a wildlife park and the Wildlife Park Train await, and right outside the door, a playground is ready for explorers of all ages. We serve refreshing drinks, hearty snacks, as well as coffee, cake, and ice cream. Planning a small celebration? You can also book our Steig-Rast exclusively for that purpose.
Hours:
From spring through fall, Thursdays through Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
During school breaks in Rhineland-Palatinate: Monday through Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Start your day off right: Our breakfast buffet features fresh baked goods, cereal, fruit, egg dishes, as well as coffee, tea, and juices. Many of the products come directly from the region.
Guests from the surrounding area are also warmly invited to start their morning with us in a relaxed atmosphere.

Ausblick Restaurant
To start and end your day, we’ll pamper you with fine cuisine in our stylishly appointed restaurant. In the morning, a generous breakfast buffet awaits you; at lunch and dinner, you can choose from a variety of set menus and à la carte dishes.
Regional ingredients and products from local farms guarantee freshness and pure enjoyment. We’d be happy to recommend the perfect wines to pair with your meal.

Piazza Leone
Experience the Italian way of life under the glass dome of our Piazza Leone restaurant. The gentle splashing of the fountain and the olive tree create the perfect setting for pasta, light salads, and seasonal specialties.
Piazza Leone seats 50 and is ideal for family celebrations such as birthdays and baptisms. You can find information about our packages for your celebration in our banquet brochure.

Great food and a spectacular view, no matter the weather
It’s like sitting outside, but well protected from the wind and cold—that’s what our winter garden offers. Here, you can choose from delicious dishes on the menu. We also serve selected set menus in the winter garden.
Dinner Buffet
The great thing about a buffet is that you can sample a wide variety of delicacies. That’s exactly what we invite you to do every Tuesday and Saturday starting at 6 p.m. with our dinner buffets. Tuesdays are themed buffet days, with new themes each month.

Full Moon Nights
At the Wäller Full Moon Nights, readings meet music—and, if you’d like, culinary delights as well. The stories vary, but the musical accompaniment is always provided by the Shamrock Duo. Rolf Henrici rounds out the overall experience with his image projections. We’ll take care of your culinary needs. Look forward to a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Unfortunately, no. We offer a few rooms where you can stay with your dog. Your four-legged friends are also welcome in the lobby. However, for hygiene reasons, they are not allowed in our banquet halls or restaurant areas.
Yes, the Steig-Rast can be booked exclusively for small celebrations. We'd be happy to assist you.
